Tabula Rasa AU

I'm looking for a fic which goes AU before the end of S6 ep 'Tabula Rasa;' the crystal is never broken and no one gets their memories back. Anya and Giles hook up, at first Willow goes home with Xander, and of course Spuffy! Giles finds his Watcher diaries and they slowly piece together their lives. I've read it a few times but cannot for the life of me remember what the title is or who the author is.
I greatly appreciate any and all help!

I just wanted to OCD a bit about the attribution. Tabula Rasa Ad Aeternum was a collaboration between Kantayra and Kallysten.

No they are different people. They collaborated on this story though.
