Spike saves Joyce

I am looking for a fic where Spike stops the anyrism(?. srry no spel check) Anyway, he bites her to let the pressure out. I think it was Not Beneath Me by: Tasha, but because that is a quite lengthy fic, I don't want to start it only to find out it's not. It was a great fic but I really want to read this one.

It is in Chapter 24 of Not Beneath Me when Spike stops the aneurysm. He doesn't bite although he does open the wound so it might be this one you are thinking of...?

"Spike lunged for Joyce as her eyes closed and she fell off the couch. Demon in control, Spike slashed two deep slits near Joyce's surgical area. Before anyone could stop him, he wrapped his lips around the wound and sucked hard."
