Spuffy living in Hell

I can't remember the name of the fic but what I do remember is this:

Giles sent Buffy and Spike to hell to retrieve a weapon or something. Days in hell last longer than on earth. Buffy and Spike make friends while there especially a woman (who they help land a guy she's in love with) who's father happens to run hell. There is a bar, hotel like rooms, basically nothing like you would think hell would be.

After they get the thing Giles wanted they decide to go back to hell to live. They get married and Joyce is on board. Even visiting them there.
