Season 7: Buffy kidnapped and raped by the first, says spike is her favorite dream when rescued

Hi all, I can't seem to find this fic even though I know I've seen it recently. Buffy is kidnapped by the first and raped/tortured by the Turok Kan. She is rescued by willow and I think spike but she thinks she's dreaming. She keeps telling spike that he's her favorite dream and clinging to him. Eventually she realizes that her rescue was real and she's home.
