Buffy rescues Spike from the Initiative

Hi guys,
All I remember about this fic is that Riley is giving Buffy a tour of the Initiative and she sees Spike in one of the cages. There's also a little elf girl in the cage next to him and she says something like " what is she doing here, she's just a little girl?" Anyway she rescues Spike and the little elf girl and when there's an altercation with the soldiers, the elves come out of the forest and start firing arrows. Does anyone remember the title and author of this one?
