Buffy and Spike are somehow mated to each other and Spike is evil and still feeding. It kills Buffy to have to experience sensation of killing people and she becomes so unhappy that she attempts suicide. (I think she also gets the sensation of tasting blood - which nauseates her - and can feel the fear of Spike's victims.) Spike flips out and realizes how important she is. NC-17
