Spike and Buffy Claim Eachother

I am looking for a story that I think might be multi chapter and only remember a brief scene a the end. Spike and Buffy are in a relationship and Spike wants to wait to claim Buffy as his own choice (Buffy has feeling for him and Spike is just working towards his). Willow does a spell that forces Spike to claim Buffy because she thinks he is moving to slow. Buffy then has to judge Willow and takes her powers away. I hope I am not confusing two stories together. Any help is appreciated in advance.
