The fic I'm looking for is an au S6/S7. Willow is the Big Bad. The scene I remember is everyone in the training room of the Magic Box with Willow scanning dimensions (and destroying the one everyone is in) trying to find a live, similar Tara. Any help would be appreciated!

I'm pretty sure that's Twining Vines by Echidna. There's a scene like you described towards the end of chapter 18 and the beginning of 19. It's a great story!
