Human back in the day story.

It's back in the victorian days i think and William was married to dru but she dies in this mysterious way and years later he meets buffy and marries her. He lives in this victorian styled mansion i think and when buffy gets there weird things start happening. accidents that almost kill buffy just like his former wife dru. Some think it's the ghost of dru or it was implied that it could be idk. any ideas what the name of this story is anyone?
