Post The Gift; Buffy ends up in her Grandmothers' or Great-Grandmothers' body in England......

Hi all. I'm looking for a post The Gift, story, where Buffy goes through the portal and ends up in her Grandmother's or Great-Grandmothers body, in England during the first World War and retains her Slayer powers. She drives ambulances with another woman who becomes her friend , and Buffy introduces her to the world of vampires. Spike is there and is evil, but he falls for Buffy anyway....................Is this sounding familiar to anyone?
