Season 2 alternate dimension

A few years ago a read a wip that took place in season 2. During becoming Angelus opens acathla but the portal only closes after Buffy and Spike go through it. The council finds out and makes a memorial statue that portrays them as still being alive. The council freaks because this means a prophecy is taking place. With the help of the prophecy they know when and where Buffy and Spike will shown up again.
