A fic where spike is hurt and drinks from buffy everyone finds out and freaks so she lets him drink from her thigh

This reminded me of I Lose Myself by Enigma_k but biting her thigh was seen by the nurse pretty quickly and wasn't done to hide the biting I don't think so possibly not this one.

Ok, this might be way off, but the thigh bite and the freaking out reminds me of Ameeya/Holly "Beloved In Blood."

In a drunken stupor, Spike "seduces" Buffy (sort of), bites her thigh, and claims her. Angel gets suspicious of their behavior and recruits Giles into finding out if Spike bit Buffy. They eventually discover it in an awkward (and insulting) way, hence the freak out. By the eay, Spike doesn't remeber much of their initial interlude, including the bite.
