Spike becomes a slayer

I'm looking for a fic where Spike went on his quest for his soul and instead becomes a slayer. As part of (or maybe after?) his trials he must follow a path that forks, and he must choose to follow either Drusilla or Buffy after the fork. He follows Buffy, gets judged by all the previous slayers, and is finally "turned" into a slayer. I may be mixing details from two different fics here, but I don't think so. If I am, I want to revisit both fics.

I didn't see any others in Google...

The links on the WayBack site are hinky... sometimes they work, sometimes they don't. Just keep trying until it works.

I was able to get up to chap. 8, and then had to manually change to chap. 9 to continue.
