Hey can't remember much on this fic, but I remember that alcatha is opened and buffy and spike walk in to the portal and end up in another dimension. I think they come back in New York riding a cart with horses trying to get to a hospital with a sick child. Not sure if it's completed any help would be great

It's In Another World by RedWolf50, 8 chapters sadly never finished. Link below for the WayBack Machine page. There are some really great finished stories there too.
