AH historical southern TV series

Looking for one where Spuffy are stars in a soap opera or some sort of TV show set in historical southern US. Buffy was with Angel, but then they break up, and she and Spike secretly get married. At one point when others still don't know they're together, they're supposed to be filming a sex scene but get carried away and just actually have sex.

That sounds like sunalso's AH story Belle South but as far as I know she took it down to rework it into original fiction. I'm sorry, but I don't have a copy.
