namely Giles, and Xander, who then get Willow involved ,are pissed. Oz is there and with him being a werewolf knows just how important a claim is so he's not as wigged as the other 3. He tries to get Willow on board with the Spuffy loving, but she finds going against Giles and Xander as being extremely hard, and doesn't. They kidnap Buffy and (I think) beat Spike and leave him for the morning sun, but luckily Oz finds him. They take Buffy back to Giles place and restrain her to the bed. Giles and Xander try to get Willow to work magic to break the claim which doesn't work. Riley is also there and he begins to beat her when she taunts him about never being able to compare to Spike, Xander sees that and throws Riley out. I think Ethan is there as well under the pretense of trying to help Giles with spell when in fact he just wants a mated slayer as a tool. Giles finally realizes that and kicks Ethan out. The Scoobies at their wits end call Angel and tell him that Spike claimed Buffy and Angel promises to come to town. By the end Angel comes to town and doesn't fight the mating, and lets the Scoobies in on a few facts. And Joyce returns home to find Buffy missing and goes to Giles seeing her tied up and blasts the Scoobies and supports the mating as well. And Spuffy get their Happy Ever After
You would think, with all that info and then some I have on the story I would find it. but nope the little bugger eludes me.
