After S7: Spuffy are teleported back to S5, & their adoptive daughter of the future pops in to help

several years after the end of s7 buffy and spike are together and mated I think. They are fighting some of glorys supporters and when the demons go through a portal Buffy and Spike follow and end up in season 5 (i think) and help out past spike and buffy. Eventually their adoptive daughter that is both a slayer and witch (activated young after willows spell - real parents killed in LA during the ats s5 ending) she shows up and helps them after some time has passed.

I think she brings the scythe with her.

This is a challenge response from Bloodshedverse (#335 to be exact). While chasing a demon, Buffy and Spike come through a portal to arrive in Season 5. Finding a way home at times takes a back burner to trying to help their younger selves get through difficult times. Spoilers starting at the end of Fool for Love and throughout the rest of Season 5.
