Spike was turned wrong

I've been trying to find this fic where Spike gradually finds acceptance from the Scoobies, and they later have a discussion with Angel in which Angel admits that Spike has kept more of his humanity because Drusilla messed up his turning. I think maybe there was something in there about Angel having to help with the turning because William wouldn't drink the blood? Sorry, that's all I can really remember about it, so I hope you all can help me.

I know I read this one a long time ago. It involved an explanation of why Spike could love so well without a soul, right? I think it is probably somewhere on allaboutspike. Since no one else has given you any info I thought I would throw that out there...wish I could be more helpful.
