looking for a Baby-Fic

Hi

I'm looking for a Baby-Fic I once read. IDK anymore if Parker Or Riley was the dad, but he left anyway. Spike came back to find Buffy having a baby (Dawn). Joyce was still alive and asked Spike to move in to help out with the baby. I can remember that the babys dad came back after some while and that Spike was all possessive and the Baby called Spike Daddy.

The last epilogue was about the girl being a teenager and she was smoking, Spike caught her made a deal with her, that they both stop smoking. I think the name of the last Chapter was 'My Daddy is a Vampire' or something like that.

I'm looking for that fic for almost 2 years no, and really hope that someone can help me find it again.

That sounds like Kallysten's Baby Steps and unfortunately, ti's no longer available on the web in the Spuffy version. She's taken it pretty much off-line and published it as an original fiction.

Over on fanfiction net there's a fic called THE WOODS by apckrfan that matches some of your criteria. Riley comes back and finds Spike living in Buffy's house with her and caring for her son Scotty. Riley is of course too much of an idiot to realize the baby is his. Joyce is dead and so is Dawn, since Buffy couldn't sacrifice herself in Dawn's place because of the pregnancy.Not the fic you're looking for, but some similarities.

In this fic Buffy had a baby (Dawn) after her one time with Parker and Spike doesn't come back during Harsh Light of the Day but a year later...

Oh I take it back - the father was Richard in Babysteps but the story ends the way you describe. It's not longer available and Kallysten don't want it exchanged.

thank you all I bought the new version of it today, but it is just not the same. At least not now. But I'm only a few chapters in it right now.

I know what you mean. At least fifty percent of my interest in the stories (if not more) is the fanfic connection. Take the same exact story and make it about Mike and Jill or whoever and I completely lose interest in it. But obviously not everyone feels that way.
