Hi, I'm trying to find the above fic but am not having much luck with any of the sites.

The one I'm looking for is based around season 3/4 (and was written quite a few years ago) when Spike comes across a vamp almost killing Buffy who had been injuried in a car accident the week before and he ends up saving her life by getting her to breathe again and getting her to the hospital in time.

Buffy nor any of the other scoobies know it was Spike who saved her.

Another thing I remember is that Spike uses a sleeve from his red silk shirt to try and stop the bleeding and Buffy gets very attached to it and when the nurses throw the first one away Buffy, in her medicated induced state, gets very emotional until Spike gives her the other sleeve to calm her.

Does anyone know where I can find this fic??!! Please help!!
