Buffy is captured by the Watcher's Council to fulfill a prophecy w/ Spike for Slayer/Vampire Hybrids

I read this story (and the sequel a couple of years ago). Basically Buffy is kidnap by Travers to fulfill a prophesy w/ Spike where they mate and she has to bite him in order to become pregnant. They manage to escape to downtown London and stay at one of Spike's old residences where she delivers the baby. Does anyone know where I can find this fic?
