Buffy has Super Hearing

In this fic, Buffy has super hearing. I know she can hear things at extreme distances, but I don't think she can hear others' thoughts.

Angel is unsympathetic/disbelieving. She tries to prove the point by telling Oz the punchline to a joke that he missed. Oz takes her away for a bit to help her get a handle on the new ability. After they come back, she and Spike get together.

I think those are the basics.
