2 Buffys & 2 Spikes from different worlds/dimensions. 1 couple have a baby, 1 wants a baby.

I read that story here on TSR... I think. I remember that one pare of Spike and Buffy came from very dark world. I believe Spike mentioned that he was one making food for Buffy to avoid poisoning and one to make graves for all her friends and loved ones that was gone one by one. They let other Buffy and Spike hold they baby alot cause they saw sadness and longing in they eyes. And Spike tells Spike to keep the faith cause they might get lucky too.

It sounds like "All Our Yesterdays" by Evenstar to me. I believe it is available here or at her own sight, Ravens at the Foregate, and possibly EF. The 2003 vintage story is a favorite of mine.
