Post-Chosen Buffy living with someone. Spike shows up and stays for a while.

The story I'm looking for is post-Chosen. Buffy is living with someone. She is still friends with the Scoobies and Faith. Spike shows up one night and she lets him sleep in the basement or on the couch. Buffy hasn't told her boyfriend about being the Slayer and he thinks that her and her friends used to be into drugs or something like that.
