I read this fic once. Spike and Dru are a couple, Dru wants a new 'baby' and she chooses Buffy. Spike turns Buffy for Dru and (this might be weird but) she is a virgin before she is turned so Spike sleeps while inside her because if not she heals and is a virgin again. He remembers how when Dru was turned Angel didn't give her the courtesy and takes her as a virgin over and over again torturing her. Spike wants to be nicer and helps Buffy with that. He doesn't really like her at first, eventually in the end he is in love with her and he, Dru, and Buffy are together.
