Buffy pregnant, carrying urine?

Hi guys,

I don't remember much, but I know that Buffy is carrying Spike's child. While she is in the cemetery a demon attacks her but he's stronger because she is carrying her urine or something like that which proves that she's pregnant.

Can anyone help? Even with this vague description? :P

I have to say that description 'Carrying Urine' threw me and had me laughing to the point I had to release some urine. Anyway, I am so very glad someone found this one.
