Hey i'm hoping someone can help me in locating a story.

I read the fic a few years back circa 2001 but haven't been able to find it since.

I've not much to go on but hopfully someone will recognize it.

It's set pre S5 and is Au.

Spuffy are already a couple and mated in it. Everyone knows and is fine. In the fic Buffy wears the same clothes as Spike (Duster/Red Shirt) and they are so in sync that they can read each other's minds.

The whole gang stay in a huge house together - it may be the mansion but I'm not sure. They all have seperate compartments of the house but always congregate in the living area.

In the story I think Buffy is bitten first maybe by Oz? and becomes a wolf. They aren't sure if Spike can be turned but in the end he is and when he's in the wolf form his fur is pure white.

Another thing I remember is when they are both wolves, Buffy is attacked and Spike goes mental and attacks whoever it is.

As I say it's not much but fingers crossed and hopefully someone will recognize it.

Just as a warning though, Areanna's stories are very intense! Not for the light hearted. This one has parts that are intense but other parts that aren't. So read with caution. But I'm most definitely positive this is the story you are looking for because it happens in the middle of the 2nd book! Love this series!

However, there is another story I remember reading that only Buffy get's bitten by Oz and she morphs halfway and they have to lock her in some room because she's going crazy ripping apart I think the room is a training room. Spike doesn't get bit or changes...something to do with werewolves can't effect him or something like that. It only affects Buffy. It was actually kind of funny when she was morphed half wolf half not.

I could have sworn it was Areanna's but maybe it was another story...I hope someone remembers if it's not the one I do remember.

The story I read definitly didn't have Dawn in it and was set before the series ended.

I'll give theses stories a read though.
