I read this story a while ago. It was called Pride and Jo or something like it I believe. In the story, Buffy and Spike had not seen each other in years. They each had a child from someone else and the children got together bringing Spike and Buffy together. Does this sound familiar to anyone

are you sure the kids are from different people i remember one where they meet up years later spike has a little boy through a surrogate and buffy has little girl but the girl ends up being spikes
