I read a fic on Fanfiction.net a while ago, but I can't seem to find it now and I was wondering if anyone has seen it. Spike had become human and was willing as William, I think, after NFA. Buffy surprises him by coming to see him, but I don't think that he wants to have anything to do with her. I think that Buffy may also be pregnant at some point in this fic, but I 'm not sure.
