Spike great at trackig by smell

Its probably going to be cold case. Vamp Spike human or slayer Buffy (cant recall for sure). Buffy kidnaped and Spike trying to trace her by the smell. It pointed ou as his unique ability something even Darla was impressed with. He pick up smoking to dull his sence of smell.
