I was recently looking for a story involving the Initiative where Spike helps them. It turns out I was mixing up details between two different fictions. One was the Voiceverse by Kimi (which I recommend). However, I'm still looking for another fiction where the Scoobies & Initiative join forces to defeat the big bad/save Buffy. Giles has a major role throughout the fiction (not the short appearance in the Voiceverse) where he winds up advising the soldiers, as does Spike leading a team himself. The scenes that stand out in my memory is the big Initiative garage with all the humVs & Giles coordinating efforts there. (I think Buffy after being rescued wakes up dazed in this garage seeing all the coordinated efforts coming in & out.) I'm pretty sure it's season 4, and I think the bid bad is Adam also. Anyyone recognize this fiction?
