Spuffy in the 70's?

I'm looking for a fic I read awhile back. It took place in the 70s. Buffy was Angel's sister and they had a really strict grandmother. Angel hung out with the Sunnydale gang and when Buffy graduates she moves to them. She hadn't been able to keep up with popular culture so Willow takes her shopping and gives her a makeover. I remember them having a big talk about go-go boots.
