Thank you for answering. I don't think it either of them...I got a feeling it's a time travel fic. What I do remember about that scene is that they have just finishing making love and to prove his love for Buffy he makes his heart beat in which Buffy realizes that maybe things will work out between them, because she is touch by that one act. Also in this Fic Giles, Spike and a very pregnant (Spike baby) Buffy fight Adam...I really hope I'm not confusing myself

Sweetprincipale on fanfiction.net has a series that starts with A Model Romance where Spike makes his heart beat (granted he can only do it once but it still beats!). Set in season 6 after Buffy's resurrection and Giles is still in town. But it's not a baby fic or time travel.

That is honestly the only fic I could think of that has Spike's heart beating while he's a vamp.
