Hey, I'm looking for a specific fic of which I can only really remember that Buffy has rescued Spike, I believe in season 7 from the First Evil, and he is lying injured on her coach when she comes into the room with a knife saying he isn't healing, he assumes that means she has decided to kill him and accepts when actually she wants to offer her blood to help him heal.
