I read a story somewhere where Buffy is vamped but she manages to find a way to become human again. All I can remember is Spike, Angel(us) and Drusilla were in it but don't remember who vamped her. She finds a way to become human and kills Dur and Angel(us) I can't recall Spikes fate in it.
