There's a fic I read a few months ago that I can't seem to find again. In it, Riley rapes Buffy and carves his initials into her leg in the beginning (not graphic, not the focus of the story). Dawn calls Spike because Buffy seems really sick lying in bed all day. Spike realizes that Buffy has a fever so he takes her to the hospital to get checked out and it turns out she's pregnant. They go home. In later chapter, I think Buffy tries to kill herself. If anybody has this or knows what it's called, that would be great. Thank you!
