Hi i'm trying to remember the name of a fic i real years ago i don't remember a lot but i know Giles and another watcher or priest ( can't remember 100%) have a theory about performing an exorcism to ride vampires of their demons leaving only the human parts behind.

I remember Spike agrees to do it even though there is a chance he won't survive the exorcism. I also remember that Spike ties himself up to keep Buffy safe because the demon has become aware of what they are going to do and is trying and does take control of him and i remember it has a Spuffy ending.

I know it's not a lot to go on but i'm hoping someone can help.
