Can you please recommend me any good fics where Spike manages to get his chip out but end up spuffy? Bonus if they are complete!

The last "book" of the Originsverse has Spike getting his chip out, but they're already a couple. So I'm not sure if it completely fits your criteria, and you should probably read the first two "books" before you start the third.

"Cast Me Not Away" by Enigmatic Blue has Spike leaving Sunnydale and getting the chip out and eventually getting together with Buffy.

Baby Steps by Kallysten is complete. There is a bit of Buffy/other at the beginning, but is definitely Spuffy through the rest. It's a long one too. 408 pages
