I second Star Quality by PaganBaby .... (haven't read Fluffer)

I can't remember the title or author, but there is a fairly recent one in which Buffy is attempting to enter the porn business. Angel is a studio owner or manager. Spike is initially mean to Buffy (I think Gunn scolds him about it) but then becomes much nicer and offers her the use of his laptop so that she can earn extra money with a webcam. Buffy becomes pregnant by Spike.
