Vamp Buffy w/soul held captive

I'm looking for fics where Buffy is turned but keeps her soul (or is not evil for whatever reason) and is held captive/prisoner by evil vamps (Angelus, the Master, Evil!Spike, etc.). I can think of a few, but I'm hoping there are more out there! Thank you.

Arizona is one of my favorite fics but Buffy is not turned but she is claimed by Spike. She's not held captive either.

Moments in Time by Laure Alexander is very good (IMO) and is set in a nightmare world ruled by Drusilla after a spell gives her unlimited power over a cut-off-from-everything-Sunnydale. It is the sequel to another fic called Lily. Buffy is turned in it but retains her soul. It's not a fluffy spuffy fic by any means in that she actually is in love with Angel but Dru demands Angel for her own and Buffy is given to Spike who doesn't really like her so much but he is responsible for her and they spend a lot of time together and grow on each other as time goes by. It's very dark and there's evil vamped Willow and captive Xander and Cordy - it's an entire 'universe' unto itself springing from that fateful spell that empowers a crazed Drusilla.

Anyway, you have a lot of Spike and Buffy interaction as a couple, initially forced to be so, and a souled vamp Buffy so I think this meets your criteria. It is one of my guilty favorites (because it is such a dark fic).

Just to note Buffy isn't held particularly that I remember is The Demon in Me though I think she is captured at some point or to some extent (sorry just can't remember and I only read it recently!!).
