Do any of you know any good fics were spike is injured or damaged (physically or mentally) and buffy helps him get back in health... if the fics are NC17 the better (cant do without a bit of smut :P)

These are all psychological injury (I know physical injury but for the life of me I can't find the names right now - still working on it). The first two are by Herself, one of the great spuffy writers of all time. Seriously, read everything she writes. Mad skills.

The third one I haven't read so I can't tell you anything about it. It is also not NC-17.

The last one is all human and I wasn't sure how you felt about those so I only included one. Spike has a lot of serious baggage from his past and Buffy tries to help him heal.
