I'm looking for Spuffy fics where Spike and Buffy break up preferably Spike breaks up with Buffy because of her mistreatment of him and actually moves on and they don't return to each other or a more accurate description would be Spike stops being "Love's bitch" and grows a pair and doesn't take anymore of Buffy's treatment

You've just described 90% of my fics set in season six. LOL - That's probably a bit of an exaggeration, but my main focus for a long time was "Spike grows a pair" and/or "Buffy gets a clue". Mine pretty much all end Spuffy, though, so if you're looking for something where he's moved on and stays moved on, you probably won't find it. You won't find anything better than something by Anaross, though. She's amazing - will rip your heart out. Sometimes she mends it, sometimes she doesn't...

Ransomed, Healed, Restored, Forgiven by Anaross is one of my all time favorite stories. I don't really think of it as spuffy although there's that part of it in there. Definitely worth reading regardless. All her stories are, IMO.
