Any fics where Angel finds out Spike and Buffy are together and he's ok with it? Or where he helps Spike win Buffy/ Win here back? Maybe one in s5 of Angel?

My Wake Up I Love You (season 5 AtS) has Angel bringing Buffy to LA for Spike. In Aftermath Angel makes peace with the relationship after Spike invokes some sort of vampire family stuff. In Just a Summer Romance, he's a jerk to start, but comes through like a champ when Spike and Buffy need help. There's a brief scene in Eve of Destruction where Angel tells Spike not to screw up the chance he's been given; not really enough to say that it's the theme of the story, and it has an angsty ending...

Literally just read a short 10k beginning S6 fic by Cousin Jean which fits Angel being supportive by the end...

I always thought Angel was pretty accepting/supportive in Taste of Juliet by Peta.

Oh, good recs. I don't remember Taste of Juliet very well, but anything by Cousin Jean is going to be wonderful, and I do remember reading and loving And Miles to Go.

I think Angel has the whole supportive family vibe going on in Taste of Juliet. There are some where he comes to help (like Because He Needs Me by dreamsofspike) where it feels more competitive with Buffy but that one I don't remember being like that. Hopefully it fits.

I have just thought of another one, Angel comes in at the end of Who Are You? by zoegrace too, but it is only right at the end as I remember.

Angel is more 'accepting' than supportive - but he's not a jerk, which oftentimes he's portrayed as.

Just remembered this one. It doesn't focus on Angel's thoughts on Spuffy but he is supportive within it and pretty accepting and it is set AtS 5.
