I just got finished rereading The Intern by: dampersandspoons and I was wondering if there were other similar fics out there. Perhaps some longer than a one-shot where Buffy and Spike have this kind of relationship in which she works for him and is willing to do anything to please him. Doesn't have to be this exactly, but definitely in the spirit of it if possible.

I would appreciate any and all recommendations.

The Intern reminded me of Crave by nautibitz in the sexual play but with emotional vulnerability, although I wouldn't say that is 'light', but it is one of my favourite fics. (WIP but finishes fine at epilogue stage anyway).

William Hawthorne, cir. 1878 is a womanizing aristocrat. He's content with bedding as many women as possible with no intent to marry. Elizabeth Summers is a stubborn young girl who is constantly protesting against the lifestyle that her wealthy family expects of her. When both characters' parents arrange them to be married, will William find his match or will Elizabeth scare him away, as she has all her other suitors? (Super smut eventually. Spike is a bad, rude man, after all!)
