Here's another handful that meet the coworker criteria although not all are traditional jobs. I didn't include any Spike or Buffy becomes the other one's nanny fics because that didn't really seem very 'work together' really. Also, I haven't read all of these so they are a heads up not an endorsement unless otherwise noted. I am otherwise noting In the Army Now, which I loved. I don't recall Murphy''s Law or Human Resources but I trust the authors to write good stories and I did read them a long time ago. The final one I don't think I've read yet and I don't know the author's work, so it could be great or not, I have no idea.
