Ameeya's "Beloved in Blood," while not "fluffy" is a dramady, so it's plenty smutty and super light on the angst. It's one of my favorites.

"Fixing the Factors" by ImmortallySpuffy is laugh out loud funny in some parts.

"Aloof Rocker Kryptonite" by JustTiff is an amazing AU with blink and you'll miss it angst, and is just great. It's not "finished," but the end is satisfying enough to qualify.

Thank you! I'm not sure if I read Fixing the Factors but I have a strange feeling I have. Though that character death warning scares me, is it a main character loss like Buffy or Spike? If I read it, I cannot remember.

Thanks for the recs, I will consider Aloof Rocker Kryptonite! One of my favorite fics ever is Blue Eyed Devil by Pattyanne and that's not finished but I consider it to be because it did end at a lovely point, so I might check out the one by JustTiff, I'm just always wary about unfinished fics. I like a definite happy ending. *shrugs*

Aloof Rocker has a happy ending. It's mostly happy, snarky, sexy fun. A few tense moments - think flashback sadness - but overall I wouldn't even classify the tense moments as angsty since it doesn't drag out. Sassy Buffy, Sexy Spike.. even Xander is kind of fun. A couple minor OCs that are fun, too.

Fixing the Factors has tons of character "deaths," but they aren't permanent and pretty hilarious. Very happy ending on that one.

Ah, I always wished Blue Eyed Devil had finished.
