Buffy has to work hard in a story whose name escapes me. Spike somehow comes across Tara, rescues her from her unhappy home and they become best of friends, travelling before coming to Sunnydale. Buffy is horrible to him and has to a regain his good opinion. Ring any bells?

My Prologue to Life/I Know You is a time-travel/dimension travel fic in which post chosen Buffy is sent back to her 16-yr-old body. Spike is no where near ready for the slayer he meets in Sunnydale, but she is very ready for him. He begins to fall for her in spite of himself (and Dru).
