I was wondering if there were any Spuffy fics with Buffy being close friends with people who aren't her canon BFFs (e.g. Willow, Xander, etc.) So like people from the AI Team (Fred, Cordy, Gunn, etc.) or maybe just having a close, preferably in-character but it doesn't have to be, friendship with any of the second-string scoobies (Anya, Tara, etc.).

I wanted to see if there were actually any fanfics with Buffy being friends with characters Buffy hadn't met because of being on different shows (e.g. Fred, etc.) or her being close friends with Anya - I'd love to see a blunt Anya and evasive Buffy actually having a functional and non-condescending friendship!

The fic can be AU, AH, canon, or whatever!

And if Buffy is friends with people who aren't the Scoobies (no matter if they're an OC or AI or second stringers), I see it as fitting my criteria. Thank you katkot81, I'm going to be checking out Dreams and Desoto in a minute
