fighting for Spuffy

I'm looking for fics where the scoobies does not accept spuffy.. at least not at first.
And especially Willow(/Dawn)is not accepting them, but perhaps where Xander first comes around and accepting them. (Giles can go either way). And a big plus if Anya and Tara become Buffy's friends. Basically Buffy begins to realize what she wants and fights for it.

Sorry for bad writing and explanation but I do hope you'll get my meaning.

Well, I'm not sure this meets all of your criteria (no Angel-killing and no Xander-loves-spuffy in here) but in the beginning of this epic series the Scoobies are very unhappy with Buffy and then when she hooks up with Spike they are very upset and oppose them. Eventually things change. It's a long long series and one I really liked a lot. It's not a fluff-fest by any means but it's not grim either. It just seems like life, good and bad.
