What if, at the end of Out of My Mind, it was Buffy who woke up from a dream?

It is a WIP and so far has 10 chapters with 67074 words (last updated in 2008) but ends on a rather OK note so if it never gets updated again it's not in one of those horrible cliff-hanger ways.

Wow, thank you! I had no idea that there were any fics on with this!

I love this WIP, but it is so frustrating that it remains incomplete. It is one of those that, every time I read it, makes me vow not to read any more works in progress until they're complete, just so I won't be this disappointed again. (I have zero willpower, though, so I always break that promise). However, if you can stand the frustration of a permanent WIP, I add my recommendation to the others -- it really does have everything going for it, except for the fact that it remains incomplete.
